Performance Marketer
At Adsvantage we run Google Ads campaigns that actually work — for ambitious brands that want more than average results. We're a small, close-knit team and we're growing. That's why we're looking for someone who knows the craft and can work independently.
No babysitting needed. No daily check-ins. High expectations and direct feedback — yes.
What will you do?
- Set up, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns for a diverse client portfolio
- Advise clients on strategy, budget allocation and growth opportunities
- Analyse results and translate them into clear recommendations
- Work with a small team with short lines and direct communication
- Contribute to improving our workflow and processes
What are we looking for?
- At least 3 years of demonstrable experience with Google Ads — not internship practice, but real campaigns with real budgets
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager and conversion tracking
- Independent, proactive and communicative — you work remotely, so reliability is not optional
- You think in results, not in hours
- Knowledge of Meta Ads is a plus, not a requirement

€3,500 gross per month Based on 40 hours per week. No hidden strings.
